Craniosacral Therapy
Craniosacral therapy is a gentle non-invasive hands on therapy which works supporting our bodies own innate ability to heal.
Craniosacral therapy is a way of working with the whole person through gentle touch. When a therapist puts her hands on you they tune in to the different layers of your tissues and deeply listen. The body responds to this sensitive touch and the effects can be felt on many levels of the mind, body and spirit.
People often describe their experiences as being deeply restful, comforting, of finding inner peace as well as feeling more alive and whole. As it is gentle it is suitable for everyone including babies and those wiser in years and people come to craniosacral therapy for many conditions such as headaches, bad backs and for long standing problems both physical and emotional.
I believe craniosacral therapy can be a support in these stressful busy times as it works with the body’s innate ability to balance, restore and heal itself, reducing stress and underlying tensions in a comfortable way.
During or after a session with me you may feel calm and energized with increased clarity of mind and feeling of well-being

“I had been suffering with an old back injury. I only needed a few sessions and the benefits are still with me. I don’t believe I had ever felt so relaxed,”

My own journey…
I first experienced craniosacral therapy before and after the birth of my two children and continued to have treatments. I found it gave me more resilience, more energy and lots of health niggles disappeared. I loved the effects so much that I trained with Thomas Attlee the pioneer who brought craniosacral therapy to the UK and am now passionate about bringing it to everyone.
I am fully insured and a member of the CSTA governing body for craniosacral therapy.

“Let there be an opening into the quiet that lies beneath the chaos where you find the peace you did not think possible and see what shimmers within the storm”
— John O’Donohue
