Yoga

I am passionate that yoga is for everybody.

Yoga is a traditional movement practice that promotes balance, strength and freedom for the body as well as encouraging a sense of calm and ease in body and mind. I came to yoga in my early 20s and have been influenced by the work of Vanda Scaravelli. An inspiring and visionary yoga teacher Scaravelli encouraged working with the body through the breath and gravity to release tension and find freedom and ease particularly through the spine. In my yoga journey I have also explored dance, Feldenkrais as well as traditional exercise and use all this knowledge in my classes to help and inspire students to find their full movement potential.

I am passionate that yoga is for everybody. My classes are gentle, mindful and deep acting and with space to adapt poses to individual’s needs.

I offer studio and community based classes or zoom classes and 1-1 sessions for adults.

Yoga 1-1 or group sessions for children and young adults with additional and complex needs which are always full of fun and a source of joy!
